We’re off to the Family Travel Show this autumn! It’s 1- 2 October at Olympia in London. See below for our competition to win free tickets plus a discount ticket offer.

The Family Travel Show is the only UK event specifically designed to help families plan their holidays. It showcases family holiday providers and specialist tour operators as well as travel kit to help your hols run smoothly. There’ll be travel talks with celebrity speakers, Ask the Expert Q and A sessions with industy experts, exclusive in-show offers and competitions and activities to keep children happy too.  There’s even a creche!

It’s a great opportunity for the whole family to browse the stands together for inspiration, advice and good deals – all under one roof.  There’s lots to choose from: luxury family getaways, action-packed resorts, tailor-made adventures, family-friendly villas and plenty more.  The Family Travel Show website here has lots more details and a list of exhibitors.

This year the pro photographers from Sharp Shots will be running a series of holiday photo workshops for children aged 8 – 11 years and 12+. These’ll be available on a first-come, first-served basis or you can guarantee a place for a fee of £10 when you book your tickets.

To keep budding young photographers busy this summer there’s a young travel photographer competition on the website for children and teens. Upload their travel shots by 9 September, 2016 and shortlisted images will be displayed in an exhibition at the event! You can enter here
